Overview

StackBot is a full-scale AI-powered automation platform built to help businesses centralize operations, automate repetitive workflows, and manage users, vendors, and data in one secure system. The project was developed as a scalable SaaS foundation with real-world production requirements in mind.

The Challenge

Many small-to-mid-sized businesses rely on fragmented tools for authentication, task management, payments, and internal workflows. This leads to inefficiencies, security risks, and poor scalability. The challenge was to design and engineer a unified platform that could:

  • Support multiple user roles (admins, vendors, clients)
  • Handle secure authentication and permissions
  • Scale across different business use cases
  • Integrate automation and AI-driven logic

The Solution

I designed and built StackBot as a modular, role-based platform powered by Firebase and modern web technologies. The system uses secure authentication, granular database rules, and custom APIs to automate workflows and manage data reliably.

Design & UX

The UI prioritizes clarity, speed, and usability. Dashboards were designed with a clean hierarchy and responsive layouts to ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices. UX decisions focused on reducing friction while managing complex data and workflows.

Development & Architecture

StackBot was built using a modern full-stack architecture:
