The Challenge: Care General Construction needed to eliminate fragmented communication and provide clients with real-time visibility into their construction projects. Traditional methods left stakeholders disconnected, with contractors using multiple tools and clients lacking transparency into progress and budgets.
The Solution: We developed a comprehensive React/TypeScript web application with role-based access for administrators, contractors, and clients. The portal features real-time project tracking with visual progress indicators, secure document management, integrated messaging, calendar scheduling, and budget oversight. Built with Firebase for authentication and real-time data synchronization, the system uses Care General's orange branding and responsive design optimized for all devices.
